• Submit pickup requests

Schools can:

• Approve, decline, or reschedule visits or pickups
• Maintain logs and monitor visit history for security and compliance

3. Security and Access

• All visit and pickup requests are subject to school approval.
• Schools may request additional identification or documentation on arrival.
• Unauthorized access or use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• Collected data (names, contact info, visit/pickup logs) is used only to:
  • Manage visit and pickup requests
  • Facilitate communication between schools and parents
  • Maintain security and visitor records
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Appropriate Use and Conduct

• Requests must be truthful and genuine.

• Scheduled maintenance or system issues may temporarily limit access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Student Visit is a communication tool. We are not liable for:

• School decisions regarding visit/pickup approvals
• Missed pickups or unauthorized visit attempts
• Any disputes must be resolved directly between the school and the parent/guardian.
